I am selling Raffle tickets to help Katie Fitzgerald and her family as a result of her intense battle with Leukemia and recent Bone Marrow transplant.
Katie is now 16 years old and has been battling leukemia since she was 8. This child has endured more than most of us do in a lifetime. She has gone through2 relapses and most recently a Bone marrow transplant at Duke University Hospital. She is one strong girl in mind and body to put up such a great fight for her life. Daily Katie struggles with pain and heart ache and looks deeper within herself to find the courage and energy to recover and get back to the things that mean the most to her, family, friends and her horse!
The financial toll this has taken on her family is very great as you can imagine. So the barn where she boards her horse Irish Oaks Farms and local artists have graciously donated a beautiful framed original drawing of running horses. I believe the drawing is black and white.
The tickets are $5 each or $20 for 5 tickets All of the money will go directly to the Fitzgerald family.
